The Two Fold Problem of Multi-Level Marketing

Too often people join Multi-Level and Networking Marketing businesses without doing their homework.

After having a successful stint in the industry for five years, I'm compelled to share what I know to be true and how you too can experience success in this fascinating business online!

Unlike several years ago, you now have the opportunity to leverage the POWER of the Internet; IF you're coachable, teachable and trainable.

Attempt to look at it this way:

When you begin a new job, you go in not knowing everything it takes to fulfill the position you've been awarded but because of your personality, maybe a little experience (maybe not), professionalism and the right attitude you're now open to learning "the unknown", right?

The Network Marketing Industry can either make or break you but it can do neither without YOUR input. I chose to listen, read, and apply proven steps that eventually opened up a 5 figure monthly income.

Don't be you own worst critic.

How do you feel about success? Do you think it will never happen for you? If that's the way you think, then you're probably right. Having a negative attitude defeats you before you even try.

A negative attitude is known to cause self-defeat, and the only way to get over it is to change your attitude. If all you see is why you can't succeed or why you haven't succeeded, then you can't move past it.

Successful men and women in any job didn't get there because they showed up for work one day, then took the next two or three off. The successful people knew that consistency was the way to get what they wanted out of life.

Marketing demands consistency if you want to network and find success. Commit time to your business every single day, even if all you can find is an hour or two. Make sure that hour or two belongs to your company and work it like you mean business.

Relationship Marketing

Keep it personal. A marketing business needs relationships. You have to keep in touch with both your upline and your team and you can't do that if you aren't committed. Without relationship building, you don't have a business in this industry.

Have the right focus. If you believe that this is 'my business and these are my goals to make money' then your focus is wrong. Talk to your team. Talk to perspective clients. What's going on their life? What do they need for you to do?

That's where your focus should be. When you sign on a new prospect, don’t become a magician and pull a disappearing act. If you do that, the person will feel used and how hard do you think they'll work to help you build your business?

Don't Just Wish - Be an MLM Success

Baseball stars who were inducted into the Hall of Fame only played every third game and only when they felt like playing. Or was it when they were wearing their lucky socks? Every baseball fan knows the key to great ball players who made it into the Hall of Fame was consistency and riding out the ups and downs of each game. If you want to become an MLM success, you have to be consistent in all that you do in the business.

How do you leverage that consistency into success - into profit? See people for what they are and money for what it is. Don't treat customers and prospects as a means to an end for your business.

Caring about people, investing in their lives, and getting involved in their success is what motivates people and makes them gravitate toward you. The users always end up as losers - losing their team, losing profit, and ultimately losing their business.

Like I mentioned earlier, "Don't Just Wish - Be an MLM Success"! After doing my own due diligience and becoming teachable, coachable and trainable by following a PROVEN system, I did just that!

A Sad Joke

There's a sad joke that says to get to the top of the money-making ladder, you have to step on people. The trouble with that kind of thinking is that after awhile they'll move out of the way and you'll fall.

So if you think of people only in terms of what you can add to your bank balance, you need to change your philosophy. The MLM marketers who are enjoying the greatest success put money second to people.

You don't want to get a reputation as someone who believes in success at any cost.

Multi level marketing was never intended to be a business that promoted one person's success over anyone else's.

It was meant to be a business structure that shared the wealth available to anyone who wanted to invest and work to reach his or her monetary dreams. Your goal as a marketer should be to help others reach their dreams, to teach them and show them ways they can get the job done when they stumble. Caring about the people you bring on board is the key to having the most MLM success.

Must Have Multi Level Marketing Tools

Every new network marketer should know that there are multi level marketing tools you simply can't build a business without. A carpenter completing trim work isn't going to do it with a hatchet. He'll use the right tool for the job. A plumber won't use a spoon to set a seal for a new toilet. An electrician won't use a screwdriver in a socket to test whether or not the electricity is flowing to it.

As a marketer, just because you think you don't need an email autoresponder now doesn't mean you won't in the near future. If you're not using a lead generation system now, it doesn't mean you won't run out of prospects in a few weeks and wish you'd started using one sooner.

Preparation beats frustration any day of the week and nothing is as frustrating as needing a tool right then and finding out that it's not within your reach. You'll end up having to stop working to go buy the tool and set it up.

Multi level marketing tools were invented to work together to build the entire business. Without them, you might as well be walking door-to-door trying to drum up business like in the old days.

What are some of the tools no marketer should be without? The tools every marketer should have are the ones it takes to automate the business. If you can't afford to buy all of the tools you need at once, then start by getting the ones that answer the most pressing need.

Answering the Call in MLM Network Marketing Online

Duck hunters know the smart way to bring home the quarry is through imitation. Hence the creation of decoys and duck calls. There are basic duck calls every hunter needs to become proficient at if he wants results. These calls are used to get the ducks to come in closer. The better the duck hunter is at calling, the more ducks that show up. What lessons can someone in MLM network marketing learn from a duck hunter?

Don't Try to Reinvent the MLM Wheel

First, that there's no need to spend a lot of time trying to create what's already been invented. Marketing has been around for ages and there are no brand new, unheard of ways of conducting business.

There is, however, the art of imitation. You find the best in the business and you imitate their success. You pay attention to their work ethics, the methods they use to find leads and the way they interact with those they want as customers.

A duck call is only as good as the hunter using it.

A network marketing product is only as profitable as the knowledge the marketer possesses to use the information they've been given. When you know your product inside and out and you begin to promote it.

Stick it out, imitate those who have proven what MLM network marketing success is all about and if you do, you'll learn how to master the call to your own customers as well.
